Outfit of the day

Two of your five a day

To save myself from the inevitable loss of dignity you dance around every time you venture out in a swing skirt I went with this quirky number from British Retro.

Its certainly not the most demure number in my wardrobe but I do feel very cheery when I wear it. This is what’s known as a 50’s pencil dress. It has a sweetheart neckline and generous straps to tie behind your neck so big busted ladies can be safe in knowing that it won’t fall down and because it’s a British Retro number its nice a long in the length so making you feel even more vintagey. At the moment they have these dresses in a range of glorious prints so go and take a look and bag yourself one of these showstopping dresses. From my own experience the sizing  isn’t too bad but do be aware if you by anything with sleeves as my last purchase made me feel like an American quarter back as my arms just wouldn’t fit.

The knitwear was from a recent Lindy Bop sale. I would recommend stocking up on knitwear from Lindy Bop as they fit well and aren’t extortionate prices.

And obviously the title relates to the fact that because I fail so miserably with actually consuming my 5 a day I’ve taken to wearing them. Much easier and you make people smile rather than bore them with your running food diary…

TTFN lovelies xx
